Brooklyn Flag Festival
The Brooklyn Flag Festival is the towns yearly celebration. It is held the 2nd Saturday in June, close to the Flag Day holiday. It features a parade, figure 8 races and entertainment at the Michael J Manatt Community Center. At Landes Park you can enjoy a lunch, ice cream social and many kids activities. A classic car show is held downtown on Jackson Street. A volleyball and bags tournament are also fun attractions.
