Brooklyn Public Library is staffed by a full-time librarian, 2 part-time assistant librarians and one part-time employee.

The Brooklyn Public Library offers a combined total of over 7,500 books for children and adults, a wide range of magazines, audio books, videos, 4 computers; 2 of which are Internet accessible, microfilm files of old Brooklyn newspapers, children's room,
and conference room. The Brooklyn Library is governed by a board of trustees with Friends of the Library, a volunteer group who assist with adult and youth programs.

The Brooklyn Public Library has a wide variety of resources and services.
